Auburn Foundry is a grey iron foundry serving the industrial machinery, agriculture, municipal, transportation, and construction industries, with decades of casting experience in Auburn, NY. We’re growing our team and looking for hardworking, reliable people to join us on the floor. No experience? We’re willing to train the right people for the right roles — experienced foundry hands are also encouraged to apply.
Open Positions:
Molders
Set and pour molds to produce quality grey iron castings. Attention to detail and consistency are key.
Grinders
Finish castings by grinding, cleaning, and inspecting parts to meet quality specifications.
Furnace Operators
Operate and monitor our induction furnace, manage charge makeup, and maintain safe melt temperatures.
Melt Deck
Support melt operations, including material handling, pouring, and maintaining a safe, efficient melt deck.
Utility Floater
A flexible role supporting multiple departments as needed across the foundry floor — great for someone who likes variety and is willing to jump in wherever they’re needed.
What We Offer

- Pay up to $30/hour, depending on experience and position
